higher echelon

I’m a slow learner and very narrow minded, I freak out a lot when I don’t know what’s going to happen, I can’t apologize for that.  I usually have a good grip on things, I used to think I could get away with anything, but in the end those choices catch up to you.  I pretty much have a good record of punishing myself, I’m a fool when it comes to love, and that’s the best way to hurt myself.  This funk I’m in feels like I need to make some stupid decisions to get out of, but that’s not what I want.  I want to be loved by someone who knows the crazy and is willing to risk their own minor sanity to fulfill their desires.  And I fucking had it, and my insecurities and bullshit made me push you away.

My money is that this space is going to make you miss me more than you already do.  But just like I tried to convince you that I changed…  you changed too, so I don’t even know what to expect or hope for…  I’m just really upset with myself that I built this travesty.

A Short history of being a social networking user.

I am a fan of social networking, livejournal was where the majority of internet users first became connected in each other’s original blogosphere.  It had a point and with no instructions we all wrote about our daily events.  myspace made things much more simple by giving spaces for users to fill with personality, it became an identity, at a glace you could see pictures relating to their favorite movies & music.  Way before myspace became a place for musical artists, it was a starting point for a society of users that could not be fathomed.  The story of facebook is interesting… so go read the book.  Twitter returned to the roots left behind by livejournal with the wide open pallet to spread your voice.  With a limit of 140 characters twitter because the first social site to be accessible to anyone that written a text message or answered facebook’s “What’s on your mind” question.  News organizations a flock of celebrities, politicians this is the social network of the masses.  And now there’s google’s whole background from gmail, to buzz, and now to the full of promise google+.  I see the innovation that puts it apart from facebook.  Google+ is a more corporate developed social network with a better plan for it’s future and the ability to make things very easy for you, right now it’s come out of the gate very hungry and already has a lot of support.  In terms of recognition it can soon be an equal competitor to the $50B Facebook.
